Pumpkin Pie Pudding Latte
Pumpkin Pie Pudding Latte
Everything you love about pumpkin pie, poured into a mug. A few spoonfuls of Fancy Monkey instant pudding and dessert mix whisked into spiced milk, then heated or steamed, turns an ordinary latte into something thick, silky and custardy, like the creamy middle of a pumpkin pie. No pumpkin purée, no syrups, just pantry spices and your favorite flavor. Vanilla tastes like classic pumpkin pie; Salted Caramel tastes like pumpkin pie with a caramel drizzle. Dangerously sippable.

10 minutesINGREDIENTS
1¼ cups whole milk (or oat milk)
2 Tbsp Fancy Monkey Vanilla or Salted Caramel instant pudding and dessert mix
1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra pie vibes)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for dusting
1 shot espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee)
Whipped cream, to top
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk the milk, instant pudding and dessert mix, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice together until smooth.
2. Heat it up your way. Saucepan: warm over medium heat, whisking often, until steaming and lightly thickened (don't let it boil). Steamer: pour into a pitcher and steam with your espresso machine's wand until hot and velvety.
3. Pour the espresso into a large mug, then pour the spiced pudding milk over the top.
4. Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Sip immediately.
TIPS
Too thick? Whisk in a splash more hot milk, or start with 1½ Tbsp of mix next time.
Skip the coffee for a cozy pumpkin pie steamer the whole family can enjoy.
Making a batch? 4 mugs = 5 cups milk and ½ cup of mix.
Make it boozy: add 2 Tbsp bourbon, spiced rum or Irish cream to the mug with the espresso.
Salted Caramel version: finish with a caramel drizzle and a pinch of flaky salt.
